
My Journey
Sports have always been a central part of my life. As an active athlete,
I had the privilege of competing in international competitions, where
I pushed not only my physical limits but also tested and strengthened my mental resilience.
I know what it feels like to work tirelessly toward a big goal, face setbacks, and still find the determination to keep moving forward.
These experiences have shaped me: discipline, perseverance, and the ability to rise again are not only vital in sports – they are essential for every aspect of life.
My athletic background has given me technical expertise in training and nutrition, but it has also shown me how crucial the mental aspect is. This connection between body and mind forms the foundation of my coaching philosophy.
Why I Founded MRF Coaching​
I wanted to offer more than just workout plans or diets. My goal is to help women like you grow not only externally but, more importantly, internally. True transformation begins in the mind – with the decision to prioritize yourself and the courage to take responsibility for your own happiness.
