Grow & Glow is a fitness app which includes several training programs, meal inspirations (healthy recipes), a calorie calculator, a community group, and more...It is an app for everyone that wants to train at their convenience, of all levels and age. The app is a very affordable alternative for those who want to start their journey, want some guidance in the background or for those who couldn't get a spot in the 1-on-1 coaching. The programs are efficient but not personalized.

All my 1-on-1 programs require 16 to 24 weeks commitment minimum (depending on your package), to be able to guarantee legit results. After this period you can cancel anytime with a two-week notice.
